Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Kaushalya has spent the last 10 years living in New Zealand, successfully navigating her own journey to call it home. As a qualified ICEF New Zealand Agent, she cultivated a deep love for learning and a genuine passion for empowering others through education. Having walked this path herself, she deeply understands what it takes to build a successful and meaningful life abroad.

Kaushalya is an experienced Project and Programme Coordinator with over 7 years of expertise in delivering complex projects across healthcare, facilities, and corporate and government environments in New Zealand. Her extensive background includes coordinating significant projects and managing critical contracts at very large, operationally complex organizations, including national health authorities and local city councils.
